LeadsPlus incurs all web design and web media costs. All you pay for are the qualified targeted consumer sales enquiries that we generate for you.
Search engine optimisation (abbreviated as SEO) can be done on your web page for a limited number of keywords. If SEO is done properly then if someone searches the web for your "limited" number of keywords your site will appear in the first pages on search engine listings. However as many of the search engines rely on paid advertising or pay per click they are constantly changing the algorithms such that no one web page stays at the top of the unpaid search queue. Therefore you must frequently update and submit your pages to stay on top. Most companies charge a fee each time this is done. The main advantages of PPR are 1) we can advertise a site over a vast number of search terms (some of our campaigns include over 5000 search terms) and 2) we bear the cost of the develop of these campaigns your only pay per lead. The bottom line is you should consider using both SEO and PPR , SEO would only apply to the "most" important key words for your site.
To prove how effective web marketing and lead generation is we use the PPR solution to provide our own sale leads. If you are reading this answer then we have at least demonstrated our ability to drive targeted traffic to a website. If you register then we have successfully generated a sales lead!
An email is sent to you within minutes of the customer completing the online form. From our experience the quicker you call the higher you chances of converting the leads into a sale.
We prefer to operate using a prepayment solution. We will request an upfront payment to credit a lead generation account. This is a client account quite separate from our business account. For leads to continue flowing there is a requirement for this lead generation account to be maintained in credit. We will invoice you weekly for leads generated for you the previous week. Please see our standard Terms and Conditions for more information on this.
All campaigns are custom designed so generalising is difficult. But the important factors in setting the price will include media costs, the degree of lead qualification performed, and the level of web site maintenance necessary. Bear in mind that these "leads" are hot, exclusive and highly motivated enquiries - the chance of conversion is very high. You should look at our lead prices in the context of "cost per client acquisition" for your business and versus other forms of media to the same point in the acquisition cycle otherwise you will not be comparing apples with apples.
What about the quality of the PPR leads?
In both solutions we use the same underlying technology and practices for the web advertising campaigns. As a result the traffic to either our website or yours will be highly qualified.
In the PPR solution all leads will be further pre-qualified through the use of a detailed registration form (inc. mandatory fields) designed in co-operation with yourselves. Typically we find that when consumers are keen to obtain further/product service information they are very happy to answer detailed questions. You will not be charged for any duplicates or obviously false leads. If you receive either a duplicate or a false lead then you may return the lead within 24 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
The power of the internet means that people use it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically we will therefore send you as many qualified leads as are generated by the campaigns. In both solutions the volume of site visits is directly linked to the effectiveness of the web advertising campaign. Therefore the better we understand your product & target market the more effective the advertising.
In the PPR solution the volume of leads is then linked to the ease of registration and the quality of the sales message on the site.
The best way for both parties to answer this question is to enter into a short term initial contract
In the PPR solution this would be for a fixed number of leads at a fixed price. This allows both parties to analyse critical variables such as advertising conversion rates, web site registration rates, enquiry conversion rates etc. And look at the mutual profitability of the relationship. After the initial contract the terms can be discussed to ensure a viable long term relationship is shaped.
The web tends to be country specific and as such leads will be generated for the whole of the UK. You need to be comfortable that your business can service leads for the whole or a large sub region of the UK. Due to the limits of web technology anything less than this cannot be managed economically (unless you are happy to buy all leads and sell those outside your region to your chosen network).
In general we believe web leads should be as good as if not better than traditional sources like telemarketing (cold calling), direct marketing and newspaper ads. The main reason is that we are attracting consumers that are actively searching the web for your products and services. A consumer must first come to the site via a tailored advertising campaign and then once at the site they must chose to register their details. People will not go through this effort if they are not interested in what is on offer!
