Leads Plus Standard Terms and Conditions

 

 Pay per Response solution :

  1. LeadsPlus would create a professional optimised website (or more than one website) with the intention of attracting leads for your company. These leads would be sent directly to the email box of your company via a form on the website(s) and copied to LeadsPlus

  2. LeadsPlus would own the domain name and website

  3. LeadsPlus acts as an introducer of prospects to you. Business gained by you from leads generated by the web site would solely be as the result of the generation of leads from advertising, and not as the result of a formal partnership between you and LeadsPlus. We do not take responsibility for any compliance or regulatory issues of the website. You approve the content and responsibility rests with your company who should undertake to ensure compliance with any relevant regulating authorities.

  4. LeadsPlus operates on a prepayment basis. All contracts will require an initial deposit which will be placed in a client account. This deposit is fully refundable in the event that we do not generate any leads.

  5. Content placed on the website(s) would remain the authors' property.

  6. Your company understands that this agreement is at no cost to yourselves other than the agreed rate for each lead. All monetary risk for the cost of domain name registration, building the site, hosting, maintenance, future development and advertising is assumed by LeadsPlus.

Traffic Enhancer solution:

  1. LeadsPlus will develop & implement  a one off web advertising campaign for your business. You will be charged a one fixed fee for this service. This fee is due in advance of the work

  2. LeadsPlus will charge you a fixed monthly advertising fee associated with running the web advertising campaign. This cost will be comprised of the cost of the advertising plus a 15% agency fee. This monthly fee is due at the beginning of each month.

  3. LeadsPlus can provide additional analysis either before, during or at the end of the contract. These services will incur a management consulting fee and will be quoted in advance. These fees are payable upon completion of the work.
